I love this pillow! The pillow is great for breast or bottle feeding because it elevates the baby and you don't have to completely hold the baby in your arm. I also breast feed the baby on the pillow and have both my hands to use (like i'm doing right now to type) i just have to hunch over but it works! I also used the pillow like a donut to sit on when we came home from the hospital (moms who had or will have a natural birth, its hard to sit!!!!)

I breastfeed my baby and this pillow has been a lifesaver. I didn't bring it to the hospital so I learned to breastfeed with regular pillows, which can take too long to arrange when you have a squalling, hungry infant. Regular pillows also don't have uniform surfaces (i.e. plumper in the middle, thinner on the sides), which can make getting baby into the right position for nursing difficult. The boppy just makes nursing so much easier, especially when it's your first time.

I have two complaints about the boppy and this cover:

1) the cover is scratchy and thin. My friend bought me an organic cover as a shower gift and it's about 10 times thicker and softer. The extra softness isn't necessary, perhaps, but the thicker fabric keeps spills and spit-up from soaking through to the boppy. This cover does not.

2) when I laundered the boppy it came out lumpy even though I put a tennis ball in the drier like the instructions recommended. This hasn't really affected the function as far as I can tell, it just isn't the same as it was

Shipping was quick and item was as described. My only issue was that they advised that this item was only available on line. I ended up finding it in the store and wasted money on shipping.

I purchased mine in the store and it has the miracle middle (expands for a larger figure), but I notice that it doesn't state that online. I like the pillow but purchased the organic cover because I felt this cover was too rough.

The Boppy has made breast-feeding so much easier because my arms aren't required and therefore they don't start to ache as they did before I started using it. The cover is okay, but I found a jersey-knit one that is much more comfortable. I ended up purchasing a second Boppy to keep in the car for feedings when we're away from home.
